Can you spare an hour on Tuesday, 20 May (Primary Day)? I need to collect signatures to get on the ballot in November. Primary day is the best time to do so because those visiting the polls are registered voters. In PA, only registered voters can sign a petition to get a candidate on the ballot. All you need to do is stand outside the polling place and catch voters on their way out, not in. Ask if they's like to support liberty by signing their name on a ballot petition. No hard-sell necessary, just ask. The best times are between 7 and 9 in the morning and from 5 PM until close in the evening. If you can help, email me at [email protected] or call 412-398-0931. Thanks!

George Brown
Libertarian Candidate for Pennsylvania House District 42
General Election 4 November 20
This is the official George Brown campaign page for the 42nd District of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
I will be running for the PA State House in the general election in November, 2014. The first step is to collect signatures to gain ballot access. If you want to help, please let me know!
Thanks to all my supporters and grassroots volunteers! It was a long road that finally ended with 5.41% of the vote. For a Libertarian, that is not bad, although I was hoping to break the double digit mark. Nevertheless, I would not have surpassed 1% were it not for the countless hours from my campaign volunteers as well as the financial backing from my friends, relatives and coworkers. Thank you all!

In the home stretch and looking for volunteers to work the polls on Tuesday. It's not hard to do. Just stand beside a George Brown yard sign wearing a few George Brown buttons. If someone is interested, hand them a flyer, otherwise just smile! Go to www.GeorgeForLiberty.com and sign up if you can help for a couple hours.

The IRS doesn't need to apologize, it needs to go away. The current tax code allows for unbridled tyranny by bureacrats! A radical change to the tax code is necessary.
