🗳️💪 Demand Better Leadership — Choose Vision, Detail, and Action 💪 🗳️

There is a big difference between expanding your platform and throwing out empty talking points with no real plan behind them. Voters deserve more than vague promises and hollow claims.

Our campaign is built on substance, not slogans. We have developed a strong, detailed platform that shows exactly how we can deliver results, and we have backed it up with a one year exemplar that puts our proposals into action. That is proof of commitment, not just campaign talk.

When you see campaign material that focuses solely on the candidate’s bio, or when the signature takes more space than the actual platform, demand greater information and clarity. That is a sign of weak or unprepared leadership. Anyone can list accomplishments, but real leadership is about having the knowledge and vision to turn ideas into action.

Throughout my door to door visits, I have spoken with business executives who told me they were shocked to find I was the only candidate providing both vision and a plan to make it happen. That says everything about who is ready to lead.

Upper Macungie deserves leadership that delivers, not distracts. Let’s move forward with substance, clarity, and action.

✅ Join me in demanding better leadership for our township. Share this message, talk to your neighbors, and vote for real results. Together, we can build a stronger Upper Macungie.

A Proven Vision for Upper Macungie

It’s easy to list priorities like smart growth, support for first responders, farmland protection, and community engagement, but it takes leadership, experience, and action to make them a reality.

Our campaign has been championing these issues from day one, not because they’re popular talking points, but because they’re essential to the future of Upper Macungie. We’ve laid out a solid, detailed platform that focuses on responsible growth, investing in our emergency services, preserving our farmland, and building a stronger connection between residents and township government.

While others are just starting to talk about these issues, we’ve been leading the discussion all along. Our message isn’t “I’m the better candidate,” it’s that we have the better plan.

Let’s keep Upper Macungie moving forward with thoughtful leadership that delivers results, not empty slogans.

Local Elections Matter and the Future of Upper Macungie Depends on It!

The Friends for the Protection of Lower Macungie post is spot on. Local elections truly shape our community’s future. The decisions made at the township level impact everything from taxes and public safety to farmland preservation and responsible growth.

In Upper Macungie, we need leadership that listens to residents, plans for the future, and protects what makes our township special. That means:

✅ Keeping taxes affordable so we don’t price our seniors out of their homes
✅ Preserving farmland and open space from overdevelopment
✅ Supporting our police, fire, and EMS with the resources they need

Local elections matter because our home depends on it. Let’s make sure Upper Macungie’s future is in the hands of leaders who care about the people who live here.

Vote Patrick H. Foose for Upper Macungie Township Supervisor.

🚛 Enough is Enough.

This photo, taken at the intersection of Cetronia Road and Grange Road, shows a tractor trailer blatantly ignoring posted “No Truck” signs, a direct violation of township ordinances designed to protect our residents, roads, and neighborhoods.

This is what happens when we have a Board of Supervisors that fails to enforce our ordinances and stand up for the people they were elected to serve. Years of weak oversight and poor governance have created a township where rules are ignored, farmland is threatened, and residents are left frustrated.

It’s time for new leadership with supervisors who will protect our community, enforce our laws, and preserve our farmland and green space for future generations.

🗳️ This November, let’s take our township back. Stand with us to restore accountability, transparency, and pride in Upper Macungie Township.

Planning Today, Protecting Tomorrow: Fiscal Responsibility for Upper Macungie

While the Board of Supervisors is planning no tax increase this year, residents deserve the full picture. The truth is that future tax increases are likely when you consider the rising costs that will soon fall on taxpayers.

Within the next five years, residents will bear the upkeep and maintenance costs of the new community center, as well as the significant expenses tied to the proposed municipal building and police station projects. Add to that the potential move by the current administration to make our fire companies fully paid, and it’s clear that our township is heading toward a major financial crossroads.

Upper Macungie deserves responsible planning, transparency, and fiscal honesty. We must keep taxes affordable, protect our seniors from being taxed out of their homes, strengthen essential services, and make sure every dollar is spent wisely for the future of our community.

✅ It’s time for leadership that plans ahead, not leadership that passes the bill to tomorrow.

Upper Macungie deserves better.

While an Upper Macungie Neighborhood Engagement Plan sounds nice on paper, it once again misses the mark on the real issues facing our township.

We’re dealing with a lack of transparency, a good old boys club, and poor township management from our current administration. It’s time to clean house and create an environment where good governance and small businesses can thrive.

That means:

• Listening to our emergency service personnel and giving them the support they need.
• Respecting taxpayer dollars and investing wisely, not wasting funds when our residents clearly want a swimming pool.
• Fixing our infrastructure and protecting our farmland from overdevelopment and warehouse sprawl.
• Standing up for our small businesses, not bullying them with code violations just to force a sale.
• Providing real notice and input for property owners whose land may be affected by condemnation.

I take serious issue with the lack of ethics and accountability shown by our current administration and Board of Supervisors.

Enough with the praise. It’s time to roll up our sleeves and take back our township. Together, we can restore integrity, protect our community, and build an Upper Macungie that works for the people, not the insiders.

Let’s get to work. The future of Upper Macungie starts now. 💪🇺🇸

🔥 Standing with Our Firefighters & First Responders 🚒

Last night, I had the privilege of meeting with the incredible men and women of the Upper Macungie Township Fire Station 56, the heartbeat of our community’s safety.

You show up when people need you most, often leaving behind family, dinners, and sleep to protect others. That kind of dedication defines what makes Upper Macungie such a special place to live.

I wasn’t there to talk at anyone. I was there to listen. Because you’re the ones on the front lines. You know what’s working, what isn’t, and what needs to change.

Here’s what I believe: appreciation is important, but action matters more.

If elected to the Board of Supervisors, I will work to:
✅ Create an Emergency Services Advocacy Group to ensure Fire, EMS, and Police have a real seat at the table.
✅ Pass a local tax rebate for volunteer firefighters and EMS personnel who live in the township, a small way to give back to those who give so much.
✅ Keep our fire companies volunteer-driven, while ensuring a fair balance of calls between volunteer and paid firefighters so that those giving their time feel valued and included.
✅ Increase the size of our Police Department to match the rapid growth of our township and maintain the safety standards our residents expect and deserve.

Upper Macungie is growing fast, and that growth must be responsible, transparent, and balanced. We can strengthen emergency services, preserve our open space, and modernize local government without losing what makes our township so special.

This campaign isn’t about politics. It’s about people, our neighbors, our first responders, and the future of our community.

Let’s build a safer, stronger, and more connected Upper Macungie together.

🐾🚒 A Great Day in Upper Macungie! 🚑🐾

What an incredible day here in Upper Macungie Township.

Yesterday, our community came together for Barktoberfest, and what a fantastic turnout it was. Although a previously scheduled work obligation kept me from attending in person, my team was proud to be there representing our campaign and taking part in such a great event. Barktoberfest is one of those days that truly captures the best of our community spirit.

Also yesterday, Upper Macungie Station 56 unveiled their brand new fire trucks, a major milestone that will help strengthen our emergency response and protect lives and property across the township. Congratulations to Station 56 and our volunteer firefighters on this exciting new addition.

The work of our volunteer firefighters and EMS personnel can never be taken for granted. These men and women give their time, respond when we need them most, and do it all for little more than a modest stipend. Their dedication and service are the backbone of our community.

As announced previously, a proposed local tax rebate policy for volunteer firefighters and EMS personnel who live within the township is a small but meaningful way to show appreciation for the big sacrifices they make. Continued support for our volunteer fire companies and EMS departments is critical to ensure they have the resources they need while honoring the unique history and identity of each station.

Upper Macungie is a great community, but it can be made stronger. By coming together and electing leadership that prioritizes volunteers, invests in public safety, and works to help the township reach its full potential, we can make our community stronger together. On November 4, vote Patrick H. Foose for Supervisor so that together we can build a stronger Upper Macungie.

💡 Experience That Delivers for Upper Macungie

I have great respect for small business owners, especially those who call themselves CEOs with only 2 to 10 employees. Running a small team takes hard work, creativity, and dedication.

Local government, however, carries a different level of responsibility. Managing multi-million dollar budgets, navigating state and local regulations, and making decisions that impact thousands of residents requires proven leadership and experience at scale. That’s the expertise I bring to Upper Macungie, ready to deliver results from day one.

Upper Macungie deserves leadership that is ready, responsible, and rooted in our community.

🌄 Rooted in the Lehigh Valley. Ready to Lead from Day One.

I know this community because I’ve lived it for generations. My family’s roots here run deep, and I am even part PA Dutch, which gives me a real connection to the traditions and values that shape the Lehigh Valley. I understand the cultural nuances that define our region and our politics.

As a previous elected official, I know how to navigate state and local government and I’m ready to get to work on day one. Throughout my service I’ve helped lead an organization with a budget of over $200 million and I have never voted to raise your property taxes.

I also work for the Pennsylvania General Assembly, where I’ve gained firsthand knowledge of how government really works. That experience has taught me how to cut through bureaucracy and deliver results for the people I serve.

Upper Macungie deserves proven and responsible leadership that is rooted in our community.

🏢 Planning for Responsible Data Center Development in Upper Macungie 🏢

I recently spoke before the Board to advocate for a robust and clear ordinance to manage data centers in our township. We have an example to follow: South Whitehall Township has taken a proactive approach with clear standards that protect neighborhoods while allowing responsible growth.

Here’s what responsible development looks like:
✅ PIRT Overlay District to clearly define where data centers can be located
✅ By-Right Use for larger data centers with strict design and impact standards
✅ Conditional Use for smaller facilities with careful review by the Board
✅ Light Control to prevent spillover into surrounding neighborhoods
✅ Noise Limits to protect our quality of life
✅ Setbacks & Buffering to shield residential areas from industrial impacts

Now is the time for strong, clear, forward-thinking policy that balances growth with the character and safety of our community. Upper Macungie should set the standard for responsible development, because your quality of life matters.
