A huge thank you to the Dallas and Ennis teams from Trinity Capital Bank of Texas for spending the day serving alongside us in Cedar Crest, South Dallas!

Their team worked hard to help paint Ms. Johnnie’s home, making a meaningful impact in helping her remain safe and healthy in the home she loves.

At Rebuilding Together North Texas, we believe everyone deserves to age in place with dignity. On April 28th, we took a major step toward that goal in the Cedar Crest neighborhood of South Dallas.

Nearly 40 volunteers joined forces to begin comprehensive repairs on the home of Ms. Johnnie, a long-time South Dallas resident. This project is a cornerstone of our commitment to our priority neighborhood in Cedar Crest, South Dallas, and its success is a direct result of corporate and community partnership.

We are thrilled to welcome Angela Shen to the Rebuilding Together North Texas family! Angela is an Arlington resident, a successful entrepreneur, and a powerhouse in the renewable energy industry.

From her work leading the Houston Renewable Energy Group to her role as COO of a major apparel brand, Angela knows how to build things from the ground up. She is a dedicated advocate for sustainability and has spent years working on projects that make our environment cleaner and our communities stronger.

When she isn't helping lead RTNTX, you might find her playing flag football, baking vegan desserts, or traveling! We are so lucky to have her energy and vision on our Board of Directors.

Jeffrey is a seasoned expert in cybersecurity and financial governance, but more importantly, he shares our passion for ensuring every neighbor in North Texas has a safe and healthy home to call their own.

With a background in leading risk management for major financial institutions right here in Texas, Jeffrey will help lead RTNTX into a secure and bright future. We are honored to have his "independent judgment" and strategic vision on our team!
