This doe fawn came in a few months ago 💔Found on the road, hit by a car and left for dead💔Thankfully, she was brought to TF❤️Head trauma , crushed eye socket, severe damage to her eye and internal injuries along with road rash💔She is due to have surgery in the morning to repair the damage of her eye💔We are asking for your help, as it’s the end of fawn season and funds are always very very slim this time of year❤️We are so very thankful for our donors and appreciate any type of help you can give ❤️Prayers for a smooth uncomplicated surgery and a full recovery ❤️‍🩹 is what we are hoping for ❤️This little doe is a fighter ❤️‍🩹

These two doe fawns have broken necks 💔They came in about two/three days apart ❤️‍🩹They are suppose to be in their own playpen ❤️But the fawn on the left keeps jumping out of her playpen and into the other fawns playpen ( yes with a broken neck )
Deer are very social and would prefer to be with other deer ❤️ They don’t like to be alone ❤️‍🩹Hopeful that both fawns recover ❤️‍🩹

TF picked up this fawn today from Azle Animal control. 💔Unfortunately, some people had the fawn and had it for a few days 💔Not only did he have a broken neck ( probably ran into the fence, trying to get away from either dogs or humans , or mayb even a predator ) But he also has a severe respiratory infection ( pretty common this time of year , because of our extreme drought and heat ) As I mention so many times …. Time is a huge factor with these fawns when there is an issue 💔This guy was severely dehydrated, has a broken neck and has upper respiratory ❤️‍🩹If you find a fawn in distress please find it help IMMEDIATELY… waiting days probably cost him his life 💔Thank you goes out to Azle Animal Control ❤️They are the absolute best at getting all animals the help they need Immediately ❤️

Much better day for this little Buck fawn ❤️‍🩹He gives us the ole’ side eye ❤️He’s got the cutest personality ❤️He’s getting use to my voice and touch now , so everything is not such a big deal ❤️‍🩹We will take one day at a time !!!!
Meds, fluids and rest is his daily schedule ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

Our buck fawn had a rough day💔His equilibrium is still off and it makes for a very confused fawn💔This is pretty normal with head trauma but still hard to watch ❤️‍🩹Still hopeful he will make a full recovery ❤️‍🩹 Patience is key along with continuing the meds, fluids and quiet ❤️‍🩹

This guy just keeps improving ❤️Funny how he’s figured out how to drink and play in his bowl of water and pedilyte ( thank you to all those who just recently sent some !!!!) Resting is his main activity but is able to get up , stand and move with more authority!!! ❤️Still not 100% but will take where he’s at ❤️ Meds , fluids , food and Lots of Love 💕 for this tough guy ❤️Prayers work ❤️
