🏫✨ Exploring the Future at SOU! ✨🏫

This past Tuesday, October 13th, thirteen of our Mazama On Track OHSU students, alongside students from Chiloquin High School, traveled to Southern Oregon University for a day of discovery! 🎓

The visit was hosted by the SOU Native Nations Liaison and the OHSU School of Nursing Ashland Campus.

Students:

🏛️ Toured the SOU campus
🪶 Visited the Native Nations gathering house and the Native Studies department
🎤 Heard from current students and professors during a panel discussion
🩺 Got hands-on in the OHSU School of Nursing Simulation Lab

A huge shout-out to Mr. Hess and Ms. Brown for leading the trip and for their continued support of our OHSU On Track students. Thank you to SOU, OHSU, and our friends at Chiloquin HS for a great day!
