Tens of thousands of people gathered in Portland today as part of the "No Kings" demonstrations, which were held across the country to protest President Donald Trump’s aggressive exercise of executive power.
Demonstrations were held in more than 50 cities across Oregon. The one starting at Portland’s Tom McCall Waterfront Park was the largest. Police, who were monitoring from a helicopter, estimated the crowd size at 40,000.
