Due to the weather the Memorial Day Parade has been cancelled. We look forward to seeing you at the July 4th parade!!

On Memorial Day, we honor the courage and sacrifice of those who gave their lives for our freedom. On behalf of the Officers and Members of Roosevelt Engine Co #2, we wish everyone a safe Memorial Day as we remember these brave men and women. Weather permitting, we look forward to seeing you at the parade.

On behalf of the officers and members of Roosevelt Engine Co. #2, we extend our deepest gratitude to all of our EMTs for your unwavering dedication and selfless service, day and night. Your compassion, courage, and commitment mean more than words can express. You are true heroes, and we are profoundly thankful for all that you do!!!

After many hours of cleaning, waxing, and polishing, we think we are finally ready for Saturday’s inspection. Thank you to everyone who put in so much hard work, and a special thanks to those who cooked to keep the team going. Win or lose, Station 2 you are winners!!

The Annual Fishing Derby is now in September for 2026!

Last night We operated at a LARGE pile of brush & debri on fire for approximately 4 hours.
We want to remind everyone there is still a burn ban in NYS until May 14th! Please be mindful of what your burning!
We would like to thank the Hyde Park police department & the DEC for your help!

Its National Fallen Firefighters week. We light up the station Red in honor of all those that have gone on before us. Help us by lighting your house lights red to honor all fallen Firefighters.
