🎓🇺🇸 VFW & VFW AUXILIARY SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES! 🇺🇸🎓

Are you a middle or high school student looking for an opportunity to turn your patriotism, creativity, and voice into scholarship dollars? The VFW and VFW Auxiliary have scholarship programs designed to give students a chance to share their thoughts and compete for valuable scholarship awards!

📝 GRADES 6–8 — PATRIOT’S PEN
Students are invited to submit a 300–400 word written essay based on the 2026–2027 theme:

🇺🇸 “What a Veteran Taught Me About America”

🏆 National awards up to $5,000!

🎙️ GRADES 9–12 — VOICE OF DEMOCRACY
Students can compete by recording a 3–5 minute original audio essay based on the same patriotic theme.

🏆 More than $2 MILLION in scholarships awarded nationally!
🥇 National First Place Scholarship: $35,000

On behalf of the Research & Development Associates Military Assistance Program, Inc. (MAP) we are pleased to announce the 2026 Concert of Light at The Stodola, located just outside the gates of Fort Lee, VA. We have a great program lined up for this year with music and a night full of surprises that will include supporting 3-5 Wounded Veterans with $5000 to $10,000 each for the holidays. Our donors have once again supported our foundation to make this happen.

If you have not attended one of the concerts it is a very special and moving night. The concert will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026, with doors opening at 6:15 p.m. and the concert beginning at 7:00 p.m. The attached flyer provides additional information. All proceeds benefit the Research & Development Associates Military Assistance Program and its mission of supporting our Nation’s Wounded Veterans.
