What’s the rush to extend a golf course lease that doesn’t expire until 2056—all the way to 2106? In this video, A Just Quincy previews an upcoming series examining the Granite Links deal, including what Quincy taxpayers are getting for their publicly owned land, questions about lease revenue and oversight, promised public benefits, potential constitutional protections, and some curious legislative maneuvering on Beacon Hill.
