A minimum bill for 3,000 gallons or less is now $52.32 for water and $43.83 for sewer, which is $96.15 (water & sewer), for a minimum bill. This is regardless if you use 100 gallons or the full 3,000 gallons. There are no “hidden fees”, if you are late paying your bill, there is a 10% penalty, if you are disconnected for nonpayment, there is a $25.00 reconnection fee added to the full past due amount, before service can be restored, during normal business hours. Our tariff can be found on our website @ enlargedhepzibahpsd.com, (where you can also make a payment on your bill). The rules/rates are set by the PSC, not the PSD, a public service district is regulated/governed and follows all rules set by the PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION. If you have any questions or concerns about your bill, please do not hesitate to call the office. Rhonda

If you pay through your bank, please update the mailing address. We have not received payments for a lot of customers and I feel this is why.

A friendly reminder…please do not get in the meter pit for any reason. If you have a leak, you must call the PSD to have the servicemen come out to shut the water off (it is their job). The PSD has had to replace brand new meters already due to customers being in the meter pit to shut the water off themselves. Your home should have a shut off valve for emergency situations (breaks, line replacements, etc), if it doesn’t, you should consider putting one in. If you have any questions regarding this, please call the office 304-623-2217.
EMERGENCY LINE PHONE NUMBERS are 304-918-3935 or 304-588-0957
