🗣🗣SJP UTD proudly presents our 2022 Israeli Apartheid Week, taking place this March 28th through the 31st! Join us for a week of political education, direct action, and celebrating Palestinian culture, resistance, and resilience. Our theme this year is “Movement for Palestine: Resisting and Building Power on College Campuses and Beyond.” 🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸
Every year, student organizers for Palestine all over the world host Israeli Apartheid Week on their campuses to bring light to the Palestinian plight and keep the student movement for liberation alive — and we are excited to be joining them once again this year as we have in the past. We invite you all: our fellow students, friends, family, and community to join us and take part in our organizing efforts for Palestinian liberation, human rights, self-determination, and dignity. We are always inspired and energized by the steadfastness and unwavering spirit of the Palestinian people, and we aim to highlight to you all the history of Palestinian resistance and resilience, and solidify our role in the movement‼️🇵🇸
Be on the lookout for our upcoming flyers with further details for each event 👀👀

Thank you to everyone who came out to the movie screening and discussion of The Feeling of Being Watched, especially to the families of the Holy Land Five. On the 11th anniversary of the conviction of the HLF5, important pillars of the Dallas Muslim community, we demand their unconditional release. Their incarceration on false, trumped-up political charges, acted upon in an Islamophobic social climate, was meant to completely silence Muslim activism and meaningful dissent, especially in advocacy for Palestine. In honor of their strong commitment to fighting for justice, we continue to be undeterred in fortifying our communities, strengthening our collective resolve to mobilize, and articulating an unapologetic vision for a free Palestine. Free the Holy Land Five! Free Palestine!
