Navarro-ATL Creating the Lab of the Future!

Prior to and since successful contract transition on April 15, 2021, Navarro-ATL (HLMI) has been working to unite Analytical, Facility Maintenance, and Operations staff with common performance goals. Contract scope includes both analytical and facility operations with core functions of engineering, environmental safety and health, assurance systems, interface management, and business services. Navarro-ATL is committed to supporting 222-S in its long-standing initiatives (e.g., safe storage of tank waste, process support, characterization, industrial hygiene monitoring) and to meeting the needs of Direct-Feed-Low-Activity Waste operations as the Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant transitions to operations.

Weโ€™re cheering you on, Hanford High School! ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’›

As a proud Hanford Site contractor and member of this incredible Triโ€‘Cities community, weโ€™re excited to celebrate Hanford High School for being named a T-Mobile Friday Night 5G Lights Division Finalist! โœจ

Friday Night 5G Lights is a T-Mobile program, launched last year, that supports small towns by giving high schools a chance to showcase their spirit and compete for a game-changing football field upgrade! The Falcons have already earned $31,000 for their athletic program and are now one of only 10 West Coast schools competing for the $250,000 grand prize! ๐Ÿˆ๐Ÿฆ…

Letโ€™s help the Falcons bring this win home โ€“ vote every day at the link below and share this post. Together, we can show what community support looks like!

Navarro-ATL is delivering disciplined, measurable progress in waste disposal โ€” safely, responsibly, and backed by strong planning and hazard controls.

On Aug. 12, 2026, our team shipped 16 hazardous waste containers from the 222-S Laboratory to Perma-Fix Environmental in Florida, an approved off-site treatment and disposal facility.

Huge kudos to everyone that helped drive waste off the Hanford Site โ€” your teamwork, tempo, and talent made this progress possible! ๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸŒŽ

Navarro ATL is proud to announce the launch of our new AI Learning Hub โ€” a major milestone in accelerating innovation at the Hanford Site.

At the center of this capability is โ€œProfessor Harper,โ€ our digital AI instructor designed to deliver personalized, hands-on training that helps employees build confidence with artificial intelligence and apply mission-aligned skills directly to analytical and technical work.

This initiative reflects our commitment to modernizing the 222 S Laboratory, strengthening workforce capability, and preparing our teams with the tools needed to support a more efficient, technology-enabled future.

Special shoutout to Christopher Hudson, Navarro ATL Software Engineer, for leading the development of this exciting platform and helping shape our Lab of the Future.
