DONA trained Doula that provides Birth Doula services to the Richmond area. Pregnancy & Childbirth I am a mother of four beautiful children.

I have had many different birth experiences ranging from an all natural un-medicated birth with a Midwife to hospital births with an epidural. I also have experience with premature births, my daughter Lucia was born at 32 weeks and spent 3.5 weeks in the NICU before coming home. Throughout my own journey I have learned from and been inspired by many women in the birth community. I became a Birth Doula hoping to be able to give back some of that knowledge!
