Happy to come out and support Melissa and Pete Caminiti Sr. for council, and Steven Mercer for Mayor— as a write-in candidate!

There are three things deeply personal to Paramus residents: 1. taxes (which are continually on the rise),
2. traffic (worse due to several new developments), and
3. halting overdevelopment (which is rampant).

None of this is getting fixed. Ask yourself: why?

Honored to speak at our Italian American Heritage Month and Flag Raising Ceremony!

As the grandson of Italian immigrants, this celebration means a lot to me. Our grandparents and great-grandparents came to this country looking for a better life, bringing with them a strong work ethic, determination, and a commitment to their families. Their contributions helped build this country and create opportunities for generations to come.

Congratulations to this year’s Outstanding Community Service Award recipients: Maria Arellano, Vincent Colucci, Joseph DeCotiis, Esq., Prosecutor Mark Musella, Jennifer Nicodemo, Keith Rosazza, and Michael Vivenzio. Thank you for all you do for our community.

Thank you to Michele DiLorgi for serving as master of ceremonies, Giovanni Penna for the musical performances, and the Clemente family for generously donating the food.

Proud to celebrate our heritage and the lasting contributions of Italian Americans to out county and nation.

Viva l’Italia!

It was a pleasure to welcome Chairman Jaejin Lee, Councilmember Heeok Yeom, and Jongwon Lee of the Gangnam-gu Council in Seoul, South Korea, to Bergen County. Together, we began renewing our sister-city friendship dating back to 2008, exchanging ideas about our respective local governments and how they operate. Looking forward to strengthening our relationship and building new opportunities for collaboration between our communities!

Happy Columbus Day!

I’m proud of my Italian heritage and even prouder to call Bergen County home—one of the many communities across the nation that continues to thrive thanks to the generations of Italian Americans who have contributed so much to our culture, neighborhoods, and way of life.

Today, we celebrate that heritage, honor those who came before us, and recognize the lasting contributions of Italian Americans.
