New Life BBQ started in 2019, and the name is not a decoration.

Our pitmaster left a pest control career to cook barbecue after a health scare made him rethink what he wanted his working life to look like. Texas on his mother's side, Mexico on his father's, and a fire that has been going ever since.

He still cooks the events himself. When you book us, the person who lit the fire the night before is the person standing at your serving line.

Ask our regulars what they remember, and half of them say the cornbread.

Honey apple cornbread comes with every catering package. So do two sides of your choice. Mac and cheese, Tex-Mex Spanish rice, baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad, Mexican sweet corn.

Sides are where most caterers save money, and it shows on the plate. We would rather they be the thing your guests bring up in the parking lot on the way out.

Every per-person price includes the meat, two sides, and the cornbread. Extra sides are 2 dollars a head.

We arrive early. We set up the serving line and the chafing dishes. We cook, serve, break down, and take the trash with us. You don't coordinate anything, and you don't clean anything up.
