Change of Command Ceremony
The Change of Command ceremony represents the official passing of authority from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander-a time-honored tradition that highlights the continuity of leadership and trust in command.
Today, RS Riverside honored the leadership of outgoing commanding officer, Maj. Evan F. Keel, and welcomed a new chapter of leadership and excellence with incoming commanding officer, Maj. Kevin M. Vanous.
