AZ Overhaul

I wish I had pictures of all of the waterproofing we did on this shower in a new construction project. It was quite a large shower to work on.

This was a bath tub to curbed shower conversion project that came out quite nicely.

It's crazy how big a difference paint, flooring and a new vanity can make on a dated bathroom.

We made quite a difference renovating this warehouse bathroom.

A nice little shower renovation that the team and I took care of at the beginning of this year.

Not one of our usual posts but we are starting AZ Overhauls biggest project yet! We have an office addition going up in this cold storage warehouse. The first part was moving this bollard line out 10' to protect the new building going up. We have a long way to go but we are off to a great start!

We were lucky enough to be able to give this Meijer distribution center a new break room kitchen! We were able to take care of this and the tile in the bathrooms in a record 5 days total. It was a huge upgrade from what they had and we're going back to install a new backsplash soon!

Recently we had the opportunity to work for Meijer and do our first bigger commercial job! We redid the floors in their distribution center bathrooms. It was a tough job and had a very tight time line, especially doing the bathrooms and the kitchen at the same time. Kitchen pictures to come!

We had a kitchen in Fenton that was in need of some new counter tops and a nice backsplash. We got in there and installed the new quartz counter tops with an undermount sink and faucet and then installed the new tiles that the customer picked out for the backsplash.

Here's another nice little entryway built in I did. It used to be an entryway closet that was never really used. That closet was torn out and all drywall was patched up right after all the new wiring was run for the additional lighting. The bench, shelf and false top beam were fabricated and installed and then the tile on the wall was all taken care of to match the tile in the rest of the house.

We recently had a customer in Harrison Township that needed their wood floors refinished! They wanted something very similar to the original factory finish. We got in there sanded down and imperfections and got them sealed back up! They turned out great and look amazing.
