Signing loan papers is stressful. 😣
It’s really important to have a notary public/loan signing agent to be able to guide you through the last parts of your transactions. 😁
Today, I went to my clients home because she was purchasing her new home. We went thru all the documents and she said when she sold her home the notary didn’t go thru anything and just had her sign, and said it wasn’t her job to explain anything. 😔
She had some questions regarding her sale of her home. I had her pull out her sellers documents and showed her on her documents where those answers are.
Taking care of people is what I like to do! ☺️
