Thank you Assemblymember Rick Chavez Zbur for your dedication to California's foster youth!

Proud to share that my bill , strengthening accountability for attorneys who illegally pay for clients or referrals (“capping”), passed the Assembly Floor today and is now headed to the Senate.

Californians deserve a legal system built on integrity — where vulnerable people are protected, not exploited for profit.

TY to the for sponsoring this important legislation.

Thank you to all our youth, adult allies, youth providers, community, volunteers, speakers, and sponsors for attending YES! We had over 130 youth in attendance and over 230 total attendees, visiting over 65 offices, and uplifting the youth voice and urgent needs of homeless and disconnected youth. We all came together to learn, play, heal, grow, and act. As we spent time together, we revisited how powerful it is to come together as a community in the face of adversity and troubling times.
