I have taken difficult loans other lenders have turned down and funded them with persistent effort and knowledge of how to get it done. I'm a local volunteer for various non profit organizations and want you to know I care about my community and want to impact everyone I meet with the same dedication and attention to detail that is needed in this tough lending environment. I am a member and Treasurer for VAREP, Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals for the Greater Sacramento Regional Chapter, this is a non profit advocacy group for active military and veterans in home ownership, employment, and support of the military community. I'm also an active member of NAHREP, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, in the Greater Sacramento Region, this is also a non profit advocacy group catering to hispanic and other minority citizens in all areas of housing and advocacy. I actively serve the Sacramento region homeless community with mentoring and support at the Mission Gospel since 2010, I've worked with Adopt a Family, a Sacramento county non profit organization along with these others on various projects , KaBoom, Rancho Cordova Food Locker, Sacramento Big Brother and Big Sister, Fish and Loaves, Sacramento Food Link , Sacramento Dream Center , Crossover Basketball.
