More than 100 school facilities practitioners gathered in Long Beach for the CASH Spring Forum, engaging in meaningful conversations on the future of California school facilities.
Attendees explored a wide range of timely topics including Prop. 2 implementation, State Budget update, economic outlook, construction cost forecast, and current school facilities legislation.

Big week for CASH and our members!
On Wednesday, we came together for our Statewide School Facilities Monthly Meeting, featuring key updates from CDE, DSA, OPSC, and our legislative advocates.
On Thursday, we continued the momentum with a web-shop on maintaining local bond investments and addressing maintenance hot topics. The session highlighted practical strategies such as prioritizing preventative maintenance, aligning funding with long-term facility goals, and using data-driven planning to protect critical school assets.
Key takeaway: Strong maintenance planning is essential to maximizing bond investments, improving facility performance, and supporting safe, high-quality learning environments.
