I think I’m one step closer to becoming an honorary Texan with this card!

A customer asked if I had anything with a bull rider, I didn’t at the time, but was able to come up with this - she was delighted!

Have you ever looked through my store and wished I had something else? It’s always worth asking, sometimes I have something not listed, and sometimes I have time to put one together for you.

Every time I make one of these rocking horse cards I am taken back to my many childhood visits to Great Ormond Street children’s hospital in London. In the foyer was this huge rocking horse (apparently it wasn’t that big, it was me that was small but …), they looked after all the children so well that we all had dreams of having to stay over Christmas - I don’t think we grasped that you had to be really sick to be there then. Thankfully, this is one childhood wish that didn’t come true! Anyway, I have nothing but happy memories of my visits and this card always makes me happy.

In a break from the holidays, here is a new birthday card I’ve just listed in the store, it’s smaller than I often make, but small and cute just seemed to fit the theme.

Well, Pumpkin Spice August is over for another year, and I have a pile of no holiday cards ready to photograph, list and share, but the weather is so gloomy that’s going to have to wait for another day. In the meantime, here is another Christmas card from years’ past, I love this little drummer bear.
