Bookmark the Mural! 🎨

Join us Saturday, June 20, from 9:00–10:30am at the Downtown Library for a free art activity for all ages.

Color a bookmark featuring the outline of the new downtown mural, then take it home as a colorful keepsake! While you create, watch the muralist in action as he paints the large-scale mural on the Downtown Library stairs.

Join us for Tot Time at Fountains at Roseville! Perfect for children ages 5 & under, this interactive Storytime features books, puppets, rhymes and songs designed to inspire a love of reading and learning.

Theme: Space & Aliens 🚀👽

Tot Time is the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of every month (May–October) from10:00–10:30am at the Main Stage in the Courtyard.

Join us for Botanical Murder Mystery on Monday, June 15, from 4:00 to 5:30pm at Maidu Library. This FREE program is for teens ages 12-17.

The Bee’s Knees with Backyard Beekeepers is back and buzzing into Maidu Library! This free, all-ages program happens Wednesday, June 17, from 2:00–3:00pm.

Get up close with live bees, try on beekeeper gear and explore how nectar becomes honey! 🐝

Free swim is happening this summer at Johnson Pool thanks to community support.☀️🏊‍♂️ When you attend featured events, like Turkey Trot, proceeds go right back into creating experiences for everyone to enjoy.

The Seed Library is now available at Maidu Library! 🥕🥬🍅

Pick up free seeds and grow herbs, flowers and vegetables at home. The Seed Library welcomes gardeners of all experience levels and promotes biodiversity, learning and community connections.

Available ONLY at Maidu Library through July 31 or while supplies last. To help ensure seeds are available for as many community members as possible, please take only what you need.
