Please upload your CE certificates when completing the online renewal application. Do not mail CE documentation. Licensees will be notified of steps to take if selected for an audit.

CE certificates must be kept for at least two years from renewal date, as required by Business and Professions Code 5600.05(b).

"Entity" refers to any individual, firm, business, corporation, or limited liability partnership.
