This year the Eastern District of California celebrated it ninth year of joining the community and its law enforcement partners at National Night Out events. As with many other outreach events, U.S. Attorney Phil Talbert personally participated, along with Executive Assistant U.S. Attorney Chi Soo Kim, two AUSAs and the EDCA's Outreach Specialist. In all, the EDCA participated in 17 events in three major cities, including Sacramento, Elk Grove, and Roseville. The EDCA's Fresno Office Chief Kirk Sherriff has plans to join in National Night Out events in Fresno on September 21, and the EDCA will also staff National Night Out Events in Davis and Bakersfield in October.
