My neice came over for a sleepover this weekend. She's negotiated a pretty steep modeling fee, but it was worth it.

I've had some movement in the right direction... I'm starting the new website. In case you haven't heard: I'm re-opening my photography business this fall. I'm way too stubborn to close my doors completely, but for the time being I won't be taking sessions this season. I have been working hard at my new job and there just isn't enough time. Things are actually really great, so don't worry about me. I'll be back at a limited capacity eventually... for now it's on to new adventures.

We’ve made some changes due to COVID-19

Dear Molly Wassenaar Photography community,

It's my turn to send out a Covid-19 newsletter isn't it? As some of you might already be aware, I went out and got a regular 9-5 job at a Title company just before this thing blew up. In a past life, that was what I did for a living, and so now I am tremendously thankful that I have that valuable skill when things are so crazy. Business has only increased in the housing market because of the generous interest rates. So while I can't sell my photography anymore, I'll be just fine with this new gig. I've been incredibly lucky so far, and they even let me work remotely for now. I know not everyone has been so lucky.

This does not mean I'm closing my business, it just means that going forward (pending the all clear to resume non essential business) I will only be taking a limited number of sessions. Believe me, I will never quit photography.

If you are considered a front line worker, please reach out and let me know. I've already started a list based on Facebook posts that I see. When this is all over I plan on holding a special free mini session event for all my clients who are going above and beyond taking care of our community. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

I should also mention that my archive (your original photos) remain safe and stored on physical hard drives, in addition to reliable web storage.

250 - Digital Only
Includes a 20 minute mini photo session, and your choice of 5 digital files. You will receive a download link within two weeks of your session. This is no frills- just beautiful digital pictures for you to DIY your own photo cards or wall art.

350 - Digital Plus Prints
Includes a 20 minute mini photo session, and your choice of 5 digital files. You will receive a link to download your images within 2 weeks of your session. You will also receive a set of 5x7s (1 each of your 5 selected images), and a 16x20 mounted print of your favorite image.

Mini Session Add ons:
Additional digital images - $25 each
Additional set of 5x7's (1 each of your selected images) $55
Mounted 8x10 print - $55
Mounted 11x14 print - $65
Mounted 16x20 print - $95

To reserve your session you just need a 125 deposit at the time of booking, and the remainder will be due after you view your gallery and choose your 5 images.
