We have an exciting update to share! Subconn Inc is coming to St. Paul! Which also means… another lot has sold at the Middle Loup River Subdivision! And even more exciting, Subconn is hiring NOW!!!

On behalf of the St. Paul Development Corporation, the City of St. Paul, and Mach1 Realty, we would like to extend a warm congratulations to Subconn on their purchase of Lot 3!

Subconn currently has locations in Burwell and Ord and manufactures a wide variety of underwater pluggable, rubber-molded electrical connectors. We are thrilled to welcome this growing company to St. Paul and excited about the new job opportunities they will bring to our community!

In the wake of the devastating tornadoes that tore through Nebraska, communities are asking the same question: How can we help?
After connecting with Howard County officials and organizations, Heartland United Way has launched the United After the Storm Fund, which will benefit those impacted by the May 17th tornado near St. Libory.

A few weeks ago, the St. Paul Development Corporation partnered with the Nebraska Department of Economic Development to conduct another round of local Business Retention and Expansion visits. This was a great opportunity to learn more about all of the great things going on with our local businesses!
