Getting settled in

Hey family with my recruiting assignment coming to end I wanted to take a second and say thank you for all you have done for me in my last three years in recruiting.

You all have been so amazing throughout my tenure here!! I have some really great memories with you all and I will forever cherish those moments!

To all our Soldiers, I wish you all the best in your adventures and I look forward to seeing all the great things you will accomplish!! Take care of yourself and if you ever need anything please don’t hesitate to ask!

To my awesome Salisbury Saints family! StaffSergeant Justin Shepps and Sfc Sanders, thank you for making our team more like a family! You guys bring so much to the table and we have had so much fun and made some really great memories as team! You guys keep your heads up and remember saints lead the way!!!

Multitasking…..

Another great fitness training day with our Soldiers!

Blood drive

JROTCs throughout East Rowan High School North Rowan High School West Rowan Falcons South Rowan High School Salisbury High School
competed against each other in our first ever JROTC- Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT)!

Each JROTC picked their top 3 male and 2 female cadets to represent their school and preform the following 6 events:

1. Maximum deadlift
2. Standing power throw
3. Hand release push ups
4. Sprint drag carry
5. Plank
6. 1 mile run

(a few our schools had a few people who wanted to compete as individual scores)

Here are the results:

Overall Team- The school with highest combined scores for their team:
🥇First place- Salisbury High School with 2,318 points
🥈Second Place- East Rowan High School with 2,267
🥉Third Place- North Rowan High School with 2,256

Overall Individual- individuals with highest over scores for Males and Females
Top three males:
🥇Dalton Gay (South Rowan HS)-566 points
🥈Jasiah Lackey (Salisbury HS)- 541 points
🥉Dylan Hill (South Rowan HS)- 531 points

Top three Females:
🥇Kiertsyn Bomley (East Rowan HS)- 486 points
🥈Destiny Brown (West Rowan HS)- 475 points
🥉Aleiah Martin (Salisbury HS)- 469 points

We also recognized the top three cadets from each school.

We want to thank each and every person that came out and competed as well as those who came out and supported their students!
