Since beginning her instructor tour in September 2025, CTI1 Fulco has demonstrated exceptional dedication to mission readiness, professional development, and student success. With nearly 11 years of active-duty service, she has contributed to the training and excellence of more than 80 joint-service members.

Her commitment to balancing higher education, military service, and instruction reflects the professionalism and perseverance that strengthen our force every day.

IWTCM Detachment Goodfellow recently welcomed LCDR Kunz as our new Officer in Charge. We are excited to have him aboard and look forward to his leadership as the team continues to train and develop the next generation of Information Warfare professionals.

We also extend our sincere thanks to LCDR Gutierrez for her outstanding leadership and dedication to the command. Fair winds and following seas as she begins her well-earned retirement!

Sailors from IWTC Monterey Detachment Goodfellow partnered with Operation Warm Heart to support a Navy veteran in the San Angelo community whose home was recently lost in a fire.

In just two hours, 14 Sailors volunteered their time to help clear debris and assist with cleanup around the property. The team filled one commercial dumpster and loaded a flatbed trailer with recyclable metal while working side-by-side to help a fellow veteran begin the process of rebuilding.

Moments like this reflect the strength of our Navy community- shipmates stepping up to take care of one another when it matters most. ⚓️💛

From his time as a First Class to earning his anchors, Chief Turnage made an immeasurable impact on this command. His leadership, mentorship, and steady presence helped shape our Sailors and strengthened our team every day. The example he set will continue to be felt long after his departure.

Thank you for everything you’ve done while at Goodfellow and for the example you’ve set. We wish you and your family continued success in your next chapter.
