Meet Kazu Kibuishi at Pop Madness 2025! The author and artist behind the popular “Amulet” series and creator of the “Flight Anthologies,” “Explorer Anthologies,” and “Daisy Kutter: The Last Train” will join us on March 8 at Central Library. Kazu’s work has earned accolades like the YALSA Best Books for Young Adults Award.

The Letters About Literature writing contest is open! Texas 4th-12th graders are invited to write a letter to their favorite author (living or dead) explaining how their work inspired them. More details and link to submit at www.tsl.texas.gov/lettersaboutliterature

Winners will receive cash prizes. Deadline is February 3.
