Hello residents of Wilson County

Three years ago I was privileged enough to be elected as Justice of the Peace Pct. 2. I make this post today to announce my re-election campaign in the upcoming election for 2026. I am looking to continue to represent my constituents in Pct. 2 and Wilson County. I have served my office with integrity, common sense, compassion, and the rule of law. I believe in God, family, and trust of the people. As your justice of the peace I will continue to strive to enhance and maintain confidence in our judicial system. I believe in being fair and having balance as the people's judge.
For those new to my campaign I have been a resident of Wilson County for 60 years and have raised a family within this community. I am a graduate from Poth ISD in 1978 and a United States Army Veteran. I have been a public servant for the State of Texas and Wilson County for 38 years. I pray for your support to continue to represent the people of Wilson County and of Pct. 2. AS you know I am seeking office of Justice of the Peace, Pct.2. On April 22, 2022, I attended a WCRP Republican Primary Runoff Election Candidate Forum at The First Baptist Church of Sutherland Springs. I attended the forum where I was given a maximum of seven minutes to speak. During the seven, the candidate should answer the following questions about wanting the position and the challenges of Justice of the Peace. I did not represent myself to the best of my abilities. So that being said, I would like to explain why the duties of the Justice of the Peace are so important. I believe the office of Justice of the Peace is the very heart of the judicial system. Even though it is at the bottom tier, it is the most important office for the people I will represent. It is imperative that I decide cases fairly and impartially. Free of political influence or intimidation and regardless of my own personal view or the views of the residences of Wilson county, I will follow the law, this includes the Constitutions of the united States and the State of Texas, and the statutes, enacted either federal or state. I been a public servant for over 35 years. Life long resident of Wilson County, served in the United States Army, Military Police. Worked in the Criminal Justice System for the State of Texas. I have knowledge of judicial responsibilities and miscellaneous magistrate duties. I will be an advocate for the people. I appreciate you taking the time to read this and need you to come out and vote. If elected I will be honor to serve as your Justice of the Peace for Wilson County Pct. 2 and making a different.

We have made it to the runoff! I cant begin to thank everyone that's has supported me throughout the community of Pct. 2. We have more work to do and it starts now. I ask for your continued support and vote as we head into the May 24 runoff election.
