To all of our friends over the years who have known us as Greenboro Homes. For some time we have considered a name change, one that honors our past and leads us into the future.

As a graduate of Texas Tech University. I am keenly aware of the Matador name and its importance to Texas Tech. Before the school was known as the Red Raiders, they were the Matadors. The school song still today is called the Matador Song.

It is with this in mind that we are officially changing our name to Matador New Homes and Remodeling. New logos will be rolling out soon but the core people of our company will still be the same

Welcome home, Maria! 📣❤ Last week, TSAHC staff participated in a key ceremony for a home constructed under our Affordable Communities of Texas program, with funding provided by Texas Community Bank.

Through TSAHC’s ACT program, Maria DeLeon was able to purchase a brand-new 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home located three miles west of downtown San Antonio and just 15 minutes from her work. 💼

TSAHC partnered with Greenboro Homes to construct the home and used funding from Texas Community Bank to keep the price affordable, even as home prices continue to increase. To welcome Ms. DeLeon to her new home, Texas Community Bank also provided a stipend to help cover her internet expenses!

Ms. DeLeon is thankful for her new home and looking forward to completing her first home project – landscaping and planting flowers in the front yard. 🌷

This morning sat a house with more repair work to restore it than what a new home would cost. A few hours later and we are on our way to a beautiful new home to take its place for the next hundred years
