This past weekend our crews responded to:

A vehicle fire in our business district

A vehicle fire in the driveway of a residential home

Assisted our mutual aid partner, Converse Fire Department, with a structure fire

Multiple medical calls and ongoing training

Everyone is safe, and we are proud of our crews for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to keeping our community safe!

The Fire Department attended the Outdoor Classroom Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Windy Hollow Pond today!

A special thank you to the Parks & Recreation Commission and Public Works Department for their hard work and dedication in bringing this beautiful community space to life.

Congratulations to everyone involved in making this project a reality!

Tonight we had an amazing time with Cbc Community Bible Church San Antonio East! Our crew had a blast spraying water with the youth and watching everyone enjoy the colorful powders and color water sprayers.

This vibrant event started with everyone dressed in white and ended covered in bright, non-toxic colors, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

Thank you CBC East for inviting us to be part of such a fun and energetic evening. We enjoyed every minute of it!

We pause to remember and honor the heroes who gave their lives defending our freedom. Their sacrifice allows us the opportunity to serve and protect our community every day.

Today our crews had an amazing time participating in Windcrest Elementary School - North East ISD Field Day!

We were proud to continue our tradition and partnership by setting up the platform truck so students could cool off running through the water. Seeing the smiles, hearing the laughter, and watching the excitement on the kids’ faces reminds us why we love serving this community.

Yesterday the DATA Junior Class at Roosevelt High North East Independent School District - NEISD put servant leadership into action during thier DATA Day of Service! Students partnered with the City of Windcrest to help refresh and update fire hydrants throughout the community, taking pride in giving back to the city that continually supports students and schools.

We are incredibly greatful of the juniors for refreshing the hydrants and for the adults that volunteered their time. Thank you to Councilwoman Strzelecki for coordinating with Roosevelt Data and Mayor Reese for driving around to give water to the students and adults.
