His expertise and success rate with these types of cases has earned him a reputation as one of the leading pediatric plastic surgeons in the nation for children born with cleft lip and cleft palate. Due to his proximity to the U.S./Mexico Border, Dr. Wang serves a large number of patients from the Hispanic population and is fully trilingual ¨C speaking English, Spanish and Chinese! Dr. Wang currently serves as attending physician at Methodist Hospital, Methodist Children¡¯s Hospital, Santa Rosa Children¡¯s Hospital and Northcentral Baptist Hospital, including several ambulatory surgery centers. He is also on clinical faculty in plastic surgery at Univeristy of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He is a member of the Texas Medical Association, American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, American Cleft Palate Association and Bexar County Medical Society. in 1973 and completed his high school education in Los Angeles.
