This Mental Health Awareness Month, we celebrated the incredible staff at our Transitional Living and Learning Center (TLLC) with a soda bar! 🥤

Our staff shows up every single day to walk alongside our clients, providing vital mental health support, connecting clients to resources, advocating for their needs, and helping them open doors to their brighter futures.

Last week, they hosted a special "Pack the Purse" event for the ladies at our Transitional Living and Learning Center, distributing purses filled with personal care items and words of encouragement for our clients.

In observance of Memorial Day, SAMMinistries Administration Offices and SAMMExpress Donation Station will be closed on Monday, May 25, and will reopen on Tuesday, May 26.

Charlie's Place at YASS (Young Adult Stability & Support) will remain open on Monday, May 25, from 8am-6pm.

New mural, who's this? 👀

The lobby of our Transitional Living and Learning Center (TLLC) got a special new look this past week! Students from UT San Antonio painted a beautiful mural in the program's welcome center that will greet every family who walks through our doors.

We had such a special Women's Day celebration at our Emergency Shelter, hosted by Friendship Is The New Pretty 2!

Our clients enjoyed a fun day of pampering with makeup, new hairstyles, and picking out some new outfits. It was a beautiful day of celebration and joy for the women we serve.
