We are excited to announce this year’s recipients of the Linda and Marcellus Alexander Great Scholarship, Sampada Niroula and Tyree James Littles. 🎉

✨ Sampada Niroula is a Computer Science major from Nepal whose leadership and involvement across Texas State reflect her passion for research, technology, and community impact. She hopes to pursue a Ph.D. and become a computational research scientist.

✨ Tyree James Littles is a Computer Science major and Business minor from Los Angeles who is passionate about technology, innovation, and leadership. He hopes to build a career that combines business and tech to help companies grow and solve problems.

Meet Alena Lantz-Morales—a senior criminal justice major graduating in just a few weeks.

From serving as a University Ambassador to working as a Resident Assistant, Alena has dedicated her time to helping others feel welcomed on campus. Her strong work ethic and commitment to community have opened doors and created lasting memories along the way.

We are so excited to announce this year’s recipient of the Thomas Dugan Raffen Memorial Scholarship, Bryce Smith.

Bryce is studying Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics, is an active member of Phi Delta Theta, and aspires to become a mechanical design engineer.

This Thursday, the Rally for Raffen campaign begins as we raise funds to support future student leaders and continue to honor Tommy's legacy. More details to come!
