BIPOC Sacred Work Coalition (SATX) is a San Antonio network for BIPOC doulas, promotoras, community health workers, birth, death & abortion doulas, and traditional healers.
We gather to connect, share resources, protect our cultural ways, and build sustainable sacred work through conversations on accessibility, worker rights, referrals, and community care.
Birth • Death • Abortion Care | Community-rooted | Mutual learning + collective power
🖤🤎🪶 Welcome to BIPOC Sacred Work Coalition (SATX)
This page was born from our meet & greet on the Westside—Black, Brown, Indigenous, and People of Color coming together to imagine the future of sacred work in San Antonio.
We’re here for the ones helping our people be born, survive, grieve, heal, choose, and die with dignity.
What we’ll be building together:
✨ Referrals + connection (find your people, build collaborations)
✨ Money talk (pricing, marketing, getting paid, sustainability)
✨ Worker rights + role clarity (boundaries, burnout, ethics, support)
✨ Keeping our cultural ways (learning from one another, protecting tradition)
Let’s start right now!
What kind of sacred work you do?
Introduce yourself in a comment below. Add your IG/website (if you want folks to find you)
What is one topic you want for the next gathering? We are planning our first meet up of Jan 2026. More details to come!
