We just wrapped our second Mastermind Assembly — an intimate, two-day gathering for the founding members of the XH Mastermind.
This crew is epic — a rare mix of kick-ass entrepreneurs, world-class facilitators, and creative savants.
Across the weekend, we broke through mental blocks, traded ideas, seeded collaborations, and hosted a range of sessions. Highlights included:
- The co-founder of AcroYoga, leading her first public class in over a decade.
- Emmy-nominated musician and IFS practitioner hosting a .club.
- Experience designer guiding a sober “acid trip meditation” on the beach that flowed into a silent disco at sunset.
- Leadership coach leading a vulnerable “mirrorship” exercise that surfaced blind spots and invited everyone to level up as leaders and creators.
We closed out the weekend in a secret underground bunker where DJs and blew us away with their music curation (and vibes). ✨

A glimpse into the most intimate gathering in Experience House history: a 3-night Assembly for the founding members of the XH Mastermind.
What a powerhouse crew. 🚀
From pop-up city builders to hoteliers, experiential designers to festival producers, creative directors in immersive entertainment to the founders of global movements like Acroyoga—we’re honored to hold space for such an inspiring circle of leaders.
Huge thanks to Jonathan Rowe (.r.1) and Stone House () for providing such an exquisite backdrop for this convening.

We’ve been building this quietly for months.
Now, we’re excited to share it with our wider community.
Introducing the Experience House Mastermind — an inner circle for top-tier experience creators, community builders, and cultural architects shaping how humans gather and connect.
Over the past 4 years, we’ve brought together some of the brightest minds in the world of experience. This is our next evolution — a tightly curated, 6-month journey for those ready to go deeper with a small circle of peers at their level.
Most of our founding cohort has already been personally invited from within our network — but we also want to make sure we don’t miss the brilliant minds we haven’t spoken to yet.
If you’ve been building magic in a silo, this might be your crew. 🪄
Cohort 1 launches end of June.
📥 DM us before MONDAY, JUNE 9TH if you’re curious.

Seth's life and work sit at the intersection of storytelling, social change, and innovation, driven by a deep reverence for wisdom, an insatiable curiosity, and a steadfast belief that restoring ecosystems can ignite planetary healing.
Seth often describes himself as an entrepreneurial athlete and a recovering venture capitalist who thrives at the edge of what’s possible. His career has ranged from climate advocacy with Al Gore to uncovering the world’s hidden wonders as part of the founding team at Atlas Obscura, and five years as a venture capitalist focused on deep tech, healthcare, and enterprise software. During that time, he co-founded a surgical computer vision company—until a life-threatening illness reshaped his journey in ways he couldn’t have anticipated.
After an unceremonious exit from Silicon Valley, Seth embarked on the longest and most transformative healing journey of his life. This chapter led him to become a filmmaker and producer of Seekers (unreleased), a six-episode series that follows everyday people confronting universal challenges and seeking wisdom from some of the world’s greatest living spiritual teachers—from the headwaters of the Ganges to the headwaters of the Amazon.
Since then, he focused on making personal films, supporting diverse clients, and contributing to Coral Vita, where he served as a longtime board member and now as fractional CMO. In this role, Seth has been expanding the brand and creatively directing the development of an immersive coral reef tourism experience in the Bahamas, in collaboration with Experience House alum Damien Madray. Together, they're advancing ecosystem-scale coral reef restoration, spanning from the Caribbean to the Middle East.
While his life may appear full, he's currently operating at about 30% capacity, allowing life to guide him toward where his heart and mind are meant to focus on this next chapter.
Seth is bringing their magic to XH6—don’t miss it!

Paul Bulencea has been exploring experience design globally for over a decade through a large range of diverse roles.
He's an entrepreneur, speaker, author, concept artist, and wilderness explorer. His journey has led him to shape transformative experiences with organizations like Google Experience Institute and IKEA Centers, while co-founding The College of Extraordinary Experiences and The Order of the Wild.
His insights on experience design have been shared across global platforms from TEDx and the International Astronautical Congress to the World Tourism Market and universities like Paul Bocuse Institute and California Polytechnic State University.
While his book "Gamification in Tourism: Designing Memorable Experiences" captured early innovations in the field, Paul's current focus has shifted toward exploring deeper connections with the more-than-human world, seeking to deepen relational presence and foster interconnectedness through experiences that dissolve sensory numbness.
Paul's talent is the spark XH6 needs!
