Today KIIC welcomed two scout troops and their family members, and 35 members of the public who came to learn more about the Kumeyaay and life in Poway.

The KIIC docents enjoyed a visit to the Barona Museum.

The Center welcomed a school group, a Scout group and a docent group from the Penasquitos Ranch House. A companion dog also listened to local
Kumeyaay history.

KIIC welcomed Scout Troop 663 this Saturday. Bundles of Broom Baccharis were prepared to rethatch an ewaa. Thank you Scouts!

KIIC welcomes volunteers who work on trail maintenance. They prune and care for plants, clean gutters, ensure safe trails for visitors.
