LANCE IS IN HOSPITAL DOING GOOD JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH HIM. BUT HE TOLD ME SOMETHING DISTURBING HE SAID HE WAS WITH BILLY AND DARIN, BILLY NEVER GOT OUT OF THE CAR AND HES DEAD. IS THIS TRUE ?

Blue / grey Hurley tank top , brown dickies, blue and black high top vans.

Will be confused and disorient - dementia and atrophy with high blood pressure can be deadly if medication is not taken.

Last seen at release @ 1173 Front St, San Diego, CA 92101 downtown @ 12:30pm September 3rd, 2024

They let him leave when I was told other wise knowing his condition. Given a trolly ticket also. I was never notified this release when told I would be.
