Disappointment & utter disgust.
Our beloved National City, is going down the drain because of lack of fiscal responsibility and self serving egos at City Hall.
Over the last four years, the City has had a growing multimillion dollar deficit and spent the reserves (savings account) to balance the budget. The City manager just stated that by 2030 the city could go broke! No library. No senior center. No pool. Services will be under receivership!
This is not ok for the community we love, work and fight for every day! Current leadership has no understanding of how to make things better and should not get support for these irresponsible efforts.
