As part of our Wellness program, members get the opportunity to purchase healthy, organic, low-carb meals to take home. They are prepared right here in our Clubhouse and available on Friday afternoon.

Today, we wanted to share a few members who have benefited from the exercise portion of our Health and Wellness Program. At The Meeting Place, we have a daily mindfulness practice, daily walks, and twice-weekly circuit training in our fitness area!

CLUBHOUSE MOVEMENT CELEBRATION WEEK is in full swing. As a Clubhouse, we value work as a tool for recovery. Jonathan and Robert both agree that participating in the work of the Clubhouse has positively impacted their lives.

It is that time of the year again! This week is CLUBHOUSE MOVEMENT CELEBRATION WEEK! We are shining a spotlight on our members and their achievements. Join us in celebrating the positive impact of the Clubhouse on our lives and community!

WE DID IT! To celebrate the end of Mental Health Awareness month, The Meeting Place completed our annual 5K Walk/Run around Harbor Island! On Friday, staff walked side by side with members towards a common goal. We love watching members cheer each other on, especially when they make it to the finish line. Thank you to our families and TMP Board President, Cynthia Fissel for joining us. Your support means so much to us.

There is a close relationship between physical and mental wellness. The Clubhouses provides a space for members to explore various wellness practices in their own journey. We prepared for this event all year long by hosting daily walks, circuit training, hikes, and offering low-carb lunches right at The Clubhouse.

The annual 5k is a reminder to all of us that hard work pays off and you can cross that finish line. We are so proud of our members!
