We conducted at neighborhood cleanup the team from SF Symphony around Davies Symphony Hall this morning.
They are dedicated to bringing arts & culture to the community and today they helped create a culture of community service.

Not surprising, but still unbelievable, 540 volunteers at 29 cleanups over this past Mother's Day weekend picked up 580+ trash bags filled with litter from San Francisco streets, parks, and beaches.
A nice little present for all the Mom's and for Mother Earth.

Another weekend in San Francisco, and another 29 cleanups attended by 450 volunteers who removed 470+ bags of litter from our streets, neighborhoods, and public spaces.

Cleanup this morning with a group of 8th graders at Presidio Middle School.
Over 2 days, 6 cohorts have gone out into the surrounding neighborhood to pick up litter and document how much & what was found in their given Clean Up Zone.

What a way to close out SF Climate Week, with 560 volunteers removing 600+ bags of litter from our local environment over the weekend at 33 neighborhood cleanups across the city.
Because of our actions, San Francisco is a global leader in environmental sustainability and the Cleanup Capital of the United States.

Today we led cleanups with students at the SF Environment Bay Area Youth Climate Summit who participated in a Spogomi competition to see who could collect the most litter, recyclables, & compost.

San Francisco showed up this past weekend for Climate Week - over 525 volunteers removed 550+ bags of trash at 31 sperate cleanups.
Although, what's so special about this is that it's nothing special. It's just what we do in San Francisco to keep the environment clean!

Perfect weather for this morning cleanup with the team from Salesforce and recently acquired Momentum who came in from across the country and globe to spend some time cleaning up in the Mission Bay neighborhood, then finished up hanging out at Spark Social.
