Welcome new and prospective Rooftop Families! The staff and family volunteers of Rooftop TK-8 welcome you to join us for our spring tour on Thursday, March 19, at 2:00pm.

Our tours are designed to give you a real feel for the school. We hope you’ll get a sense of what it’s like to be a child in our classrooms, halls, yards, and programs, and whether Rooftop is a good fit for your family.

Our school has two campuses: Twin Peaks, which houses grades TK through 4, and Mayeda for grades 5 through 8. All tours will begin with an information session on the Twin Peaks campus (443 Burnett Ave, although it's easier to park on Corbett and walk up the stairs at the top of Romain Street or walk up the driveway that begins at 795 Corbett), and then split into groups that will tour either the Twin Peaks or Mayeda Campus. No need to sign up!

Dear Rooftop Community,

The PTA Board worked closely with our school administrators to identify ways we can support Rooftop families to ensure all our students can continue to receive the education and services promised by SFUSD.

We understand that many of you may be feeling anxious and stressed about the increased federal enforcement in the Bay Area. We would like to offer space for the community to come together, care for one another, and make sure everyone feels supported.

If your family would benefit from extra help in the coming weeks, the PTA Board would like to help match you with Rooftop community volunteers.

We can help coordinate:
Rides or carpools to assist students getting to and from school, CASA, and other school events
Grocery delivery or help with small errands.

Back-to-School Family Picnic THIS Sunday 8/29 at Redwood Playground - Area B in McLaren Park from 11am-3pm. Please BYOFF (Bring Your Own Family Food).PTA will provide light snacks, drinks, and water. See you there!

SEE YOU TOMORROW at 7:50 AM! Parents, guardians, and liaisons are invited to join together in Rooftop's garden for our first Coffee. After you drop-off your student(s), park your car, then walk up to the garden to join the Community Coffee

Tonight's the night, Rooftop! Our live online auction party starts at 6:30pm. Time to gather for some fun and laughs and fundraising to give all our kids the Rooftop education they deserve next year!
