Many churches want to be welcoming.
But belonging doesn’t happen by accident.

It happens through small, faithful practices — including the way we speak about and to one another.

Pronouns & People: Language That Sees Us explores how allyship becomes a lived expression of discipleship in the church.

Honoring someone’s name and pronouns is not about trends or politics.
It’s about love of neighbor.

Some days we simply need to pause and breathe.
To let our hearts slow down, remember who we belong to, and ask for the courage to keep showing up with love and justice.

We remember. We commit.
Every trans life is sacred.

[alt text: Image of the transgender pride flag draped across the top of the graphic. Large text reads “Trans Day of Remembrance.” Additional text says: “Today, on Trans Day of Remembrance, we hold in prayer the trans and gender-expansive lives taken by violence, and the communities who grieve. As people of faith, we name this truth, and we commit ourselves to the holy work of justice, protection, and full affirmation. Every trans life is sacred.” A rainbow flame symbol is at the bottom right corner]
