The results are in. Prevention works.

Thanks to the generosity of our community:

-We prevented homelessness for 422 families

-788 children stayed in their schools and neighborhoods

-98.5% of the families we served remained housed long term

Sometimes, stability starts with something as simple—and as complicated—as repairing credit.

Through a powerful six-year partnership between Adopt A Family of Marin and Bank of Marin, our Credit Repair Program helps families overcome financial barriers that directly impact their access to housing and employment.

Last week, 13 clients participated in the Credit Repair Program, tackling over $100,000 in debt. We were also joined by four Transitional Age Youth (18–24) who have experienced homelessness and are building a path toward independence.
