The Santa Barbara Firefighters Alliance recently donated 25 Thermal Image Cameras (TICs) to Santa Barbara City Fire Department. These Seek FirePro 300 units were requested by our local firefighters to see detail in the hottest and coolest regions of a fire scene. Firefighters can quickly locate and rescue potential victims trapped inside a structure fire or in limited visibility situations. They are an extremely valuable and necessary tool to operate safely and effective on the fire ground.
If you would like to help support our local firefighters by purchasing firefighting and safety equipment that is not covered by budgets, please join the Alliance and donate today via our website at sbfire.org.

YOU HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO BE A FIRST RESPONDER FOR OUR FIREFIGHTERS.
Disasters of any nature threaten our families, homes, pets, wildlife, and precious natural resources.
The Santa Barbara Firefighters Alliance provides much-needed but unbudgeted state-of-the-art equipment to support our Santa Barbara County and City firefighters.
Since 2004, we have purchased more than $2 million worth of life-saving, firefighting, training, and public education equipment that was not attainable through regular department funding.
Please help us buy critical equipment.
