🚨Dispatch is still experiencing non-emergency phone line outages 🚨

07/15/2026

🚨 NON-EMERGENCY PHONE OUTAGE 🚨

We are currently experiencing an outage affecting our non-emergency phone lines.

911 service is still fully operational. If you have an emergency, continue to call 911 as normal.

Our team is working to restore non-emergency phone service as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding and will provide updates as they become available.

07/07/2026

Knowing what happened is important—but telling 911 your exact address is the first and most critical piece of information you can provide. Once we establish that then we can provide instructions and get help on the way.

We understand emergencies are stressful. If you can, take a deep breath and speak as calmly and clearly as possible. Because of the way sound is transmitted through 911 phone systems, yelling can sometimes distort your voice and make it more difficult for dispatchers to hear your location accurately. We are here to help you. If you can help us help you it makes the situation less stressful and efficient.

🚨 911 Is for Emergencies🚨

Please do NOT call 911 to request telephone numbers or other non-emergency information. These calls can delay emergency responders from helping someone in need.

If it isn’t an emergency, please use the appropriate non-emergency number (662-487-2430) or an internet search.

Help us keep 911 available for those who need it most. Thank you for your cooperation.
