Association of Washington State Hispanic Chambers of Commerce

Dear affiliated chambers,

We want to profoundly thank everyone once again for such a miraculous turnout at the AWSHCC 2011 Annual Conference. It was a phenomenal experience which we believe to be the mutual consensus with all whom attended. Furthermore, it absolutely would not have been possible without the joint efforts of all the affiliated Chambers of Commerce throughout the State of Washington.

As we are all aware, at the conference, Cris Guillen presented a new state wide business directory which stands out from all its business directory predecessors and better serves the Hispanic as well as, the non-Hispanic communities throughout our great state. At the conference, Cris Guillen used the AWSHCC and the CWHCC to demonstrate the prototype version of this new directory and is now ready to move forward with the final stage of this project. We require the assistance of all our affiliated chambers to complete a few tasks so that we may implement your members directories, into our state wide/joint directory which will simultaneously update the individual chambers members directory along with the ASWSHCC members directory and thus, increasing each individual chambers memberships and revenues.

We need the following:

1.) Each chamber to set up a pay pal account linked to their chambers bank account.
2.) A list of all your current members.
3.) Contract information to your current webmasters or access to your websites administration pages.

We appreciate everyone’s immediate response with this required information so that we may complete our objective. Thanks to all whose continued efforts help maximize our states commerce.
