We are pleased to introduce the keynote speakers for the DIAL EE Institute, Hilda and Olivier Bernier. At the Institute, we will be screening the film produced by the Berniers, "Forget Me Not: Inclusion in the Classroom." The film follows the Berniers and their fight for an inclusive education for their 3-year-old son Emilio, who was born with Down Syndrome. After the showing of the film, we will host a dedicated Q & A session with the Berniers to give attendees a chance to ponder the themes of the film and how they connect with their own journeys to creating an inclusive education for all children. Today, we take the opportunity to reflect on the importance of our work and how we are grateful for it. We are thankful for the support of our team and the fearless leaders who inspire us daily to keep pushing boundaries and advocating for children and families. For our third installment of Fellow Fridays, we are very pleased to introduce one of our returning fellows, Dr. E’leva Gibson, Independent Educational Leader at Elevated Leadership. Dr. Gibson first became a fellow in 2022 with our 2nd cohort and we are overjoyed that her commitment to serving children and families has led her to join us once more.
